Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 14 days to make changes or returns. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Conditions for return

 

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, along with the manuals, covers, boxes, accessories, or promotional gifts included if applicable. As well as labels and packaging in perfect condition.

 

For reasons of health protection or hygiene, the return of underwear and swimwear items is not accepted. 

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the client.

The refund of the purchase amount or some of its items will be made between 2 and 7 business days from receipt of the returned products at our facilities.
